History
Founded in 1917, National Taipei University of Business (NTUB) is one of the most prestigious universities in Taiwan, dedicated to providing the best business education to students from all over the world. Since its foundation, NTUB has undergone several updates, from National Taipei College of Business to the National Taipei University of Business since August, 2014. In the future, NTUB will continue to enhance its characteristics and the quality of education based on its vision and to strengthen students’ learning and administrative performance in the hopes of meeting the needs of workplaces at home and abroad and achieving the sustainable operation and reputation of NTUB.
The Institute of Information Technology and Management was founded in August 2009. Two years after its foundation, the institute changed the direction in response to the future needs of talents in the society by integrating information technology and decision sciences into an intelligent, holistic, and robust decision-making model and system to develop high-tech talents for decision making on information in a rapidly changing age. The institute was renamed the Institute of Information and Decision Sciences and is currently under College of Management.
