Internet Community Analysis & Application Program.

2. Purpose:

The purpose of the program is to train students with knowledge of e-commerce and internet marketing and capability of information technology and data analysis, so as to offer feasible corporate decisions based on the references provided.

3. Program or Degree Program

Institute of Information and Decision Sciences and Information Science Application Research Center.

5. Teacher

Teachers from each department/institute.

6. Required/Optional Credits

(1)Required: 9 credits.

Optional: 12 credits.

Total number of credits: 21.

(2)Certificate of completion: Students completing 21 credits may apply for the certificate of completion with the application form and a copy of their student ID cards presented to the Institute of Information and Decision Sciences.

7.Resources Required

Resources of NTUB are used and modified by the Institute of Information and Decision Sciences based on the education system.

8.Administration

The program is organized by the Institute of Information and Decision Sciences and supported by Office of Academic Affairs. The certificate of completion is issued by the Institute of Information and Decision Sciences.

9.Admission Quota

The admission quota of the program is stipulated by the course-related regulations of NTUB. When applicants exceed the quota, priority shall be given to the students having completing part of the credits required by the program.

10.Attendance and Credit Transfer

For attendance and credit transfer of the program, refer to the regulations of the office of the program (the Institute of Information and Decision Sciences).

11.Notice of Application

(1)Students enrolling in the college are eligible to apply for the program.

(2)An applicant shall submit the application form approved by the director of the original department (institute) to the office of the program for review and to Office of Academic Affairs for future reference. The list of qualified applicants is announced by Office of Academic Affairs.

(3)Students who complete all credits of the program and are eligible to graduate from the original departments (institutes) will be granted the certificate of attendance by NTUB.

(4)To terminate the study in the program for any reasons, a student shall submit the Application for the Termination of the Internet Community Analysis and Application Program signed by the director of the original department (institute) to the office of the program.
